I am raising this ticket to notify that the Alt Keys on my keyboard of my laptop is not working from atleast 15 days. Looking forward to a quick resolution.

Hi,

After I received replacement of my earlier laptop, the same issue - Alt Keys not working is still persisting in the replaced device as well. Request you to please check and resolve.
