I am writing to request your assistance with an issue I am experiencing with my organisation-issued laptop. The laptop has been experiencing battery issue, slow working and nudi not working on word office
I have attempted to troubleshoot the issue myself but have been unable to resolve it. As such, I kindly request that a member of the IT department takes a look at the laptop to diagnose and fix the issue or else I request you to provide me the new laptop it would be very helpful to work efficiently.
